Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Sensible Kidz. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Here is our refund policy:

  1. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  6. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
